Pricing FAQ
Do I need to enter a credit card now?
No. Signup requires no credit card and no contract.
What happens after the 6-month Pro trial?
Pro continues at €29/month (+€10/month per staff above 3) and the 400-booking cap is lifted. If you don't confirm, the account moves automatically to the Free plan (30 bookings/month, 1 staff member, no reminders) — your data stays and can be exported.
Are there booking limits?
Free: 30 bookings/month. Pro: 400/month during the 6-month free trial only — no booking cap as a paying subscriber. Enterprise: negotiated volume.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract, and you can always export customer data.
*The Pro plan includes 600 WhatsApp messages per month (covers ~300 bookings, since each booking sends 2 messages: confirmation + reminder), plus 200 messages per month for every staff member above the 3 included. If the quota runs out, notifications never stop — we automatically continue by email only. Top-ups are available: +100 messages for €9 or +300 messages for €26 (they never expire).
Pikkoh may adjust the included notification quota or pricing with 30 days' notice if third-party costs change. See the business terms.
