How long does it take to go live?

Around 5 minutes. Sign up, add your services and hours, and you're ready.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. Try it free with no credit card. The first-year price is €0; prices for subsequent periods are still being defined and you'll be notified 30 days before any change.

Can I import my customers?

Yes, from a CSV. Contact support if you need help with the format.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes, fully. The dashboard works on any device: desktop, tablet, phone.

What languages is it available in?

Albanian and English today. Serbian is coming soon.

How is customer information protected?

All data is stored encrypted in Europe (Frankfurt). We never sell it.

Can I accept online payments?

Bookings are free of online payments for now. Payment integrations are coming soon.

Is support available in Albanian?

Yes. Support is fully in Albanian, by email and WhatsApp — English also available.

What happens if I cancel?

You can export your business and customer data at any time. No contract.

Can I put my logo in the system?

Yes. Upload your logo, cover and service photos from the business dashboard.
