Business terms

Last updated on July 11, 2026. These terms apply to every business using Pikkoh.

1. The agreement

By registering your business on Pikkoh, you accept these terms and confirm you are authorised to legally bind the business. The agreement is between your business and Pikkoh.

2. Using the platform

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information (name, address, services, prices, opening hours).
  • You are responsible for delivering the service to customers who book through the platform.
  • Misleading, defamatory or unlawful content is not allowed.

3. Pricing and service changes

IMPORTANT:

The price of the Pikkoh service for the first year (the first 12 months from registration) is €0 (free). This is a launch offer.

After 12 months, the business is required to register a valid credit (or debit) card in order to continue using the Pikkoh service. If a card is not registered before the free period ends, the business account will automatically move to a restricted mode and new online bookings may be paused until a valid payment method is registered. The business will be notified by email and inside the management dashboard at least 30 days before the free period ends.

Prices, commission fees, features included in the plan and the terms of this agreement for the periods following the first year have not yet been defined, and Pikkoh reserves the right to update them. You will be notified by email and/or inside the management dashboard at least 30 days before any change takes effect.

If you do not agree with the new prices or terms, you may close the business account before the effective date at no cost and without any charge to the registered card. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms and authorisation to charge the registered card according to the chosen plan.

4. Data protection (GDPR)

With respect to the personal data of customers served by your business, Pikkoh acts as the data processor and the business as the data controller. The business commits to:

  • Process personal data only for booking and service purposes.
  • Not share the data with third parties without a legal basis.
  • Respond to customer requests for access, correction or deletion.
  • Notify Pikkoh within 24 hours of any data breach.

5. Cancellations, "no-shows" and refunds

The business sets its own cancellation and refund policies. Pikkoh allows the business to flag customers who do not show up as "no-show". Disputes with customers are resolved directly by the business.

6. Payments and commissions

Details of the plan price, commissions and free period are provided during registration. Pikkoh reserves the right to update them as described in section 3.

7. Liability and disclaimers

Pikkoh is not liable for the quality of the business's service, disputes with customers, or financial loss arising from use of the platform. Pikkoh's maximum liability to the business is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You may close the account at any time from the management dashboard. Pikkoh may suspend or delete the account in case of breach of terms, fraudulent activity or legal request.
